Clearo Return and Refund Policy

At Clearo, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


1. Return Process

To begin a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Here’s how to start:

  • Contact our customer support team for further instructions. 

    with the following:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of any issues with the product

Please do not return items before contacting us. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status. If your refund is approved, we aim to process it within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

A. Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

B. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return the product within 30 days. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

C. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or undelivered, we will either replace it or issue a refund. Please allow sufficient time for delivery before contacting us.

D. Return Shipment Risks

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a reliable, fully insured, and trackable delivery service.


3. Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Personalised items, underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
  • Products sold as New - Clearance or Pre-owned / Pre-loved are subject to special conditions and cannot be returned.

  • Products without tags, open boxes, or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

Where a return is approved, the item will be eligible for replacement (where available) or store credit only.
