We offer both UK & International shipping to ensure our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
UK SHIPPING (DPD - UPS - DHL - Royal Mail - Yodel)
- Standard Delivery: 4-6 working days (Monday-Friday) - £5
- Next Working Day: Order before 3PM (Monday-Thursday) - £15
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 3PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
Please note: We ship products from multiple locations, so delivery times may vary depending on the product’s origin. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (UPS - DHL - Royal Mail)
- Express International: 2 to 11 business days
International Shipping Rates:
- Europe: £40
- Canada & USA: £50
- UAE: £50
- Asia: £50
- Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea & neighboring islands: £50
Taxes & Duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. Clearo does not have foresight into these charges, and all items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). The delivery timeframe applies from the point of dispatch, not the time the order is placed. We aim to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated time frames and provide a seamless shopping experience.
